1. Initial Engagement
A quick consultation will take place to help better define the role, determine your desired criteria in an applicant and highlight the key selling points in order to draft your advertisement.
An advertisement is then prepared and sent to you for approval. Once approved, it is uploaded within 48 hours to numerous job boards (along with your
choice of paid advertising) and our website for maximum visibility.
3. Processing Applicants
All applicants are then processed, notified of their status, reviewed and summarized by our operations team. This then creates your weekly overview of suitable applicants.
4. Database Search
A database search is completed to optimise your response. This means shoulder tapping those who fit your criteria to see if they are interested in the role. We have access to Trade Me, MyJobSpace, Indeed, TwoTicks and Seek's Premium Talent Search databases.
5. Phone Screening
Ideal applicants are telephone interviewed. We assess and confirm their communication skills, immigration status, current and expected income, the reason for their interest in the role and when they are available to start.
6. Weekly Overview & Check In
An overview of all applicants is provided each week. They are ranked in order of their suitability for the role and a brief summary is provided. CV's are presented for those who meet your criteria. We also check in once a week to see how the role is going on your end.
